This terse and easy bread sauce makes a delicious accompaniment to roast turkey.
The ingredient of Bread Sauce
- 1 onion peeled halved
- 10 collective cloves
- 600ml milk
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 thyme sprig
- 6 tbsp thick cream
- 150g well ventilated light white breadcrumbs
- 30g unsalted butter
