Heres a retro favourite that is clear to be a hit later than the kids. Made in one pot, its clear to be a hit with the adults too.

  • 500g coles beef mince regular
  • 1 brown onion grated
  • 1 2 cup white long grain rice rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 4 cup flat leaf parsley leaves finely chopped

  • place soup and 1 3 4 cups cold water in a large saucepan beyond medium high heat bring to the boil
