• 125g butter softened
• 1 1 2 cups icing sugar union
• 1 tbsp milk
• green food colouring

The Instruction of farmyard cake

• preheat oven to 180u00b0c 160u00b0c fan forced grease a 9 6cm deep 20cm base round loose based cake pan line base and sides in the same way as baking paper
• make packet cakes following packet directions or homemade cakes see related recipe develop into prepared pan bake for 1 hour or until cooked through stand in pan for 5 minutes slope out onto a wire rack to cool completely
• make icing using an electric mixer beat butter in a bowl until pale gradually build up icing sugar mix and milk beating for ever and a day until combined tint icing green
• place sugar in a snap lock bag add 2 drops green colouring seal bag shake scrunching in the same way as hands to distribute colour evenly
• using a serrated knife level height of cake if necessary place cut side down almost board loan pinnacle and side of cake once icing cut flakes into uneven pieces see tip using picture as a guide slope flake pieces around cake to form a fence sprinkle cake subsequent to green sugar point of view curly wurly around cake to form a gate slope animals trees and mint leaves roughly speaking cake serve
