- 1 red capsicum deseeded cut into thin strips

- 1 bunch asparagus ends trimmed cut into 4cm lengths
- 1 zucchini athwart from corner to corner sliced crossways
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 bunch choy sum washed cut into 4cm lengths
- salt freshly field black pepper
