Whip stirring this classic Thai take-away favourite in the comfort of your own kitchen.

The Instruction of pad thai
- place noodles in a large heatproof bowl cover similar to boiling water stand for 8 to 10 minutes or until just tender using a fork separate noodles drain well place lime juice fish sauce and sugar in a bowl stir until sugar has dissolved
