The ingredient of Jackfruit Shrimp Curry Gulai Nangka Udang

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk thick
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 pieces assam gelugor
  • 12 ounces shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces jackfruit peeled nangka
  • seeds cooked jackfruit optional
  • salt to taste
  • 5 red chilies fresh cut into small pieces
  • 6 shallots or 1 medium sized onion peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and halved
  • 1 stalk lemon grass slice bottom third into rings
  • 1 inch galangal knob or ginger root
  • 1 inch turmeric knob
