Inspired by the eternal pecan pie, these nutty chocolate biscuits are sandwiched in the manner of a delicious caramel filling made from edited reduced milk, butter and golden syrup.
The ingredient of Chocolate Pecan Pie Biscuits
- 250g butter chilled chopped
- 2 3 cup caster sugar
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 4 cup dutch processed cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 to 2 tbsp chilled water
